Dr. Ricardo Navarro grew up in the home of a loving father and devoted physician, Dr. Rene Navarro, who built a wonderful reputation for providing excellent care for his patients in the Lake Wales, Florida area. He dreamed of pursuing his own internal medical degree to continue the work of his father. As he began that educational journey, he developed a desire for more information on how the body works to heal itself and what physicians can do to assist with that process. This led to his decision to gain exposure to all types of medical emergencies working as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and mental health concerns as a mental health associate before ultimately earning his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from LECOM, Bradenton campus.

Osteopathic medicine treats the patient and the body as a whole with an appreciation for the fact that a change in one system of the body can affect all other systems. A family-run practice, Jane is also Dr. Navarro’s mother.
